Jamey Miller Design was created to provide quality web design and graphic design to existing businesses as well as start-ups at a reasonable price.

After viewing many of the websites and other printed materials in the Roanoke, VA area, it was apparent that a change needed to take place. A change that would bring beautiful and smart design into the Star City and abroad. We provide a means to market your company in a manner that will set you apart from your competitors in an effort to bring you more business.

Since our company is not a large marketing and design studio you will be in contact with the designer himself/herself. It is this same way of our business that we do not feel the need to charge you an arm and a leg. You will get the website you want for a price that you feel comfortable about.

About Jamey Miller

It was in high school that Jamey realized a love and talent for art and computers. While attending Salem High in Salem, Virginia, he was accepted into the International Baccalaureate art program to further his art direction. Around this same time he started designing posters for a friends rock band. Reaching graduation in less than a year, he had no idea of which direction to take after school. Starving artist….. or something with computers. Not in love with either idea, a moment of realization set in when he discovered graphic design and web design as a profession.

After graduating from high school he set out to attend school at The School of Communication Arts in the fall of 1999. Located in Raleigh, NC this school would teach and mold the young mind of Jamey and begin the journey to life long love for design.

Soon after graduating from The School of Communication Arts, a now ready for the world Jamey would start Jamey Miller Design in Salem, VA while working full time. A few years later business slowed and jobs were increasingly slim to none, so Jamey moved to Atlanta, GA to gain the experience in his work.

The city of Atlanta was big, but not as big as his dreams to become the best designer he could become. While living in Atlanta for over 5 years, Jamey worked with several companies large to small. He held titles such as Assistant Marketing director, Creative Director and even Vice President. It was in these 5 years that Jamey had gained the level and experience in design, knowledge of business and marketing, as well as several other pieces of information along the way.

Now that Jamey had gained the knowledge and experience he was looking for it was time to move back to his hometown of Roanoke, VA. Now he resides in Salem once again and aspires to grow Jamey Miller Designs into the staple of marketing and design in Virginia.
